The 2 Delphini villas "Apollo" & "Athene"  are located together just outside the village of Apolpena, in an elevated location approximately 1 mile from the centre of Lefkas town. They share a swimming pool and have spectacular views over the town and surrounding countryside, with the mountains of the Greek mainland and sea in the distance. The olive groves surrounding the property provide the opportunity for leisurely country walks. Riding stables are close by and watersport activities, including daily boat rental, are available from many of the nearby beaches.

Primarily for 4 persons the accommodation on two floors comprises:
1st Floor - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with doors opening onto balcony, bathroom with shower/wc/washbasin. Double beds are provided in each bedroom. A double sofa bed is also available in the lounge for the use of two additional guests. Stairs leading to.
Ground Floor - lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, (Including full size cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, etc)cloakroom with wc/handbasin. Door leads to dedicated patio area with BBQ. Shared swimming pool with adjoining villa.

Primarily for 2 persons but can accommodate up to 6, the accommodation on one floor comprises an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower/wc/washbasin, lounge area and fully fitted kitchen (including full size cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, etc). A double sofa bed is also available in the lounge for the use of two additional guests. A balcony runs across the full width of the villa with access from both the bedroom and the lounge. Stairs from the balcony lead down to a secluded patio area with BBQ. Access to the swimming pool, that is shared with the adjoining villa, is from balcony level. An additional air-conditioned bedroom annexe with twin beds is available on request for an additional charge of £150 per week

Outside
The swimming pool is shared between the two Delphini villas.
Separate patio areas and barbecues are provided for each villa, together with patio furniture.
On-site parking immediately outside the villas.

Notes on accommodation
All linen and bedding is provided for guests with the exception of beach towels. TV together with DVD and CD players are provided in each villa. A washing machine is available for the use of guests. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Coast/Beach
Of the many excellent beaches on the Island  the nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes drive away

Travel
During the holiday season (May to October) the island is served via Preveza Airport, approximately 9 miles away. Numerous charter flights operate to this destination from the UK and elsewhere in Europe at reasonable prices.  There is a regular bus service from Preveza Airport to Lefkas town. Taxis are also available at reasonable rates. However, car rental is recommended.

Distances
The main town of Lefkas is approximately 1 mile from the villas. The town of Nidri is about 10 miles away from which many boat trips operate to surrounding islands, including trips round the Island of Skorpios which was owned by the Onassis family

Further details
The town of Lefkas is a vibrant centre with good tavernas, high class shops, supermarkets, banks and facilities that cater for most needs. There are also good hospital and other medical facilities in the town.
The English owner of the villas is normally available to welcome you on arrival at the villas and to deal with any enquiries and problems you may encounter during your stay.

Prices quoted include all linen (excluding beach towels).
Prices do not include air fares, transfers between airports or ferry terminals and the villas, holiday insurance, nor for any car or other transport rentals.
We will be pleased to quote for any periods outside the main holiday periods indicated above.

Changeover day
Bookings are normally Sunday to Sunday but there may be some flexibility of this in the low season. The villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate the villas by no later than 10am on the day of departure.

Booking notes
We recommend that you telephone us first to check on availability and bookings should be confirmed in writing within 7 days, together with a 20% deposit (non-refundable).
The balance is payable at least one month before the start of your holiday.
